This policy is mandated upon us by the Securities and Exchange Commission. This notice is provided by H. Beck, Inc. in compliance with new Regulation S-P.

Privacy of Consumer Financial Information
Pursuant to SEC Regulation S-P, we are required to inform you of our privacy policies and procedures. As part of the service that we provide you, and in order to process your transactions, we must collect certain information from you such as your name, address, social security number, assets, income, and investment experience and objectives. We then forward this information to nonaffiliated third-party firms in order to fulfill your product or service request. Such firms include mutual fund companies, clearing firms, insurance providers, etc. We never disclose any nonpublic personal information about present or former customers to anyone other than to effect these requested transactions or as permitted by law.

After processing these transactions, we will continue to receive information regarding your account such as account holdings, transactional history and market value of your investments. We gather and keep your non-public personal information only to the extent that we must in order to properly service your account. We have established security standards to ensure against unauthorized access to your information. In addition, our employees are trained regarding our privacy policy. They will have access to your information on a need-to-know basis only and are not allowed to release your personal financial information to any nonaffiliated third-party firm.
