We strive to assist business owners and practitioners in executing their goals and objectives in a professional and profitable manner. The client's interest comes first. Our policy is to evaluate each assignment and project individually as well as collectively in order to provide the best possible solution. Financial product investment recommendations are made based on the client's financial goals, risk tolerance and suitability of such investment.

When appropriate, we may refer our clients to other related professionals for services they may be better able to provide

Compensation Methods & Disclosures

Our fees are based on each individual project. Fees are charged on a "time-invested" basis, either hourly and/or percentage of cash revenue, depending on the project or the work assignment. Compensation for the placement of financial products is based on commission. We will provide you with a financial products brochure where applicable. We can also provide quotes where appropriate. Long-term projects are accepted based upon a mutually binding contract.
